Wind Down Wednesday

This afternoon, treat yourself!

+ Unplug early on. Bye bye phone 👋🏼 
+ Consider taking a long bath with a diffuser of oils near you
+ Light some organic bees wax candles (none of that toxic crap!)
+ If you "aren't a bath person", first of all I'll be praying for you 😂 second, do something else that helps you wind down - possibly a long shower
+ drink a glass of wine and sit outside
+ go for an evening/moonlit walk
+ read for 15 minutes before bed rather than tv or screen time
